Virtuoso

learning, skills, self-development, invest in yourself, value your time, invest in things that better your life, find a hobby

Congratulations! You've completed rank 8 and reached rank 9 "virtuoso.". The Virtuoso rank is all about finding your niche, mastering your skills, and acquiring new ones. Task one is a rather fun one; it’s about finding a hobby or activities you can do while being "bored". Although boredom is important for creativity, too much of it is also not good. That’s why it’s important to find something you like. There are thousands of activities you can do that don’t require a smartphone. From outdoor activities to board games to writing, the possibilities are endless. Find something you're interested in.

Valuing your time is very important nowadays; most people waste countless hours staring at their smartphone or TV and spend thousands of hours just doing nothing, pretty much. That’s why you shouldn’t waste any time at all doing nothing; life is precious. I myself wasted countless hours doing nothing, but the sooner you realize that, the sooner you can make a change for the better. Focus on the bigger picture and spend your time on things that help you grow as a person and reach your goals. Plan ahead how you want to spend your days, some people use their Sunday afternoon to plan ahead the whole week, for example. Those are both things that help you understand how valuable your time is and how to better manage it.

Become better at your skills; instead of trying to be decent at a lot of things, become very good at a few things. We all have our strengths and weaknesses. That doesn’t mean we should only focus on our strengths and ignore our weaknesses, but rather use our strengths as our advantages and our weaknesses as experiences to gain knowledge from. Maybe you are good at drawing. You could focus on that skill and start offering your services to people in exchange for their money. By doing so, you successfully used your strengths to your advantage. Task 3 is to master your skills and use them to your advantage.

Doing tasks in the right order. You should always prioritize the important things first before doing something else. If you complete the important things first before, for example, continuing to read your book, the reward becomes much more satisfying because you know that you've finished your duty first. This goes hand in hand with valuing your time; you are much more productive when you work towards something, not against it. If you work and then later read your book, you'll notice how much faster, more efficient, and more productive you can actually work. The order in which you do things is key.

Task 3 showed you why using your skills for advantages will benefit you, and acquiring new skills can also benefit you. Learning new skills can often be a very time-consuming process. That’s why it’s important that you really study the topic and become decent at it at a rather fast rate. The longer it takes you to develop a new skill, the more likely you are to not develop it at all. That’s why it’s important to plan ahead for certain time frames where you can learn and practice the skill you want to acquire. If you want to design a website, for example, and then offer your skills in exchange for money, you should make the learning process of designing a website as productive as possible by making sure you acquire the skill to develop a website quickly. That doesn’t mean you should rush through the process, but rather absorb the knowledge at a pace that’s efficient and best suits you. By completing the 5th task, you completed the virtuoso rank, and that means you have only 1 more rank to go. I can't express how proud you should be of yourself for completing the 9th rank, but we're not done yet. You know you are one of the few who understand "the way of life", having a routine, the tricks from society, how important your goals are, why you should eat healthy, how exercising is important, why thinking a certain way is beneficial, how dopamine detox changes your life for the better, the importance of discipline, and why you should love yourself. All these things combined are key elements of a lifestyle you can be proud of. Not only have you been through tough challenges, but you have also managed to complete them, learn from them, and use them. You're close to the end, but we're not done yet. Use everything you've learned so far to outperform your peers and reach your goals to be able to live your life to the fullest. Very well, you will meet your final task in rank 10!
